Do you offer part time care?
Due to the extensive waitlist, we do not offer part time care at this time.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
How do you communicate with parents day to day?
We use verbal communication at drop off and pick up, the brightwheel application, and email.
Can I send snacks with my child?
Due to the large amount of children we serve, allergies are prevalent at the center therefor NO outside food is permitted.
When is nap time?
Naptime varies from classroom to classroom, but generally naptime is from 12:30 pm - 2:30/3:00pm.
How late in the day can my child be dropped off?
Your child may be dropped off no later than 9:30 am unless we have prior knowledge of a late drop off.
How long is the waitlist?
Our waitlist is extensive, please call for more information.
What will my child need on their first day?
A cot sheet, blanket (except in the nursery), a water bottle, a change of clothes, and diapers/wipes if applicable.
How are you keeping the children safe?
My staff are diligent and watchful when on our playgrounds and when the children are inside the facility you cannot enter the building without a staff or family code.
My child drinks almond milk, is that a problem?
Because we participate in the Child and Adult Food Program (Funded through the state of Missouri), we do not allow non-dairy milk without a doctor’s note. If you can provide a doctor’s note you are welcome to bring the non-dairy milk.
When do children transition to different classrooms?
We transition once a year, in August, unless your child has a winter birthday and they may transition at their birthday.
Can I bring a backpack for my child?
Generally, only the nursery families bring a diaper bag for their child. Hook space is limited and we ask that families refrain from bringing a backpack.
